  2. Jab pani boil hone lge rice dale or boil hone de approx 8-10 minutes ya jab tak rice cook na ho jaye,rice over cook nahi krne.
  3. Rice cook ksa ho ye rice ki quality pe b depand krta hai.
  4. Now ek heavy pan me ghee garam karein usme cinnamon,cardamoms,cloves,bayleaf add karein saute karein.
  5. Now add sugar and 1/4 cup water and toda cook karein,saffron add karein jo milk me bhigo rhki hai..mix karein…Now jab mixture boil hone lge cooked rice add karein…gentely mix karein ache se..
  6. Rice ko cover kar ke 5-6 minute ekdum low flame par cook karein….lid hatye kaju,badam,kismis dale mix karein flame off kar ke kuch der ase hi rhne de….and serve now…!!
  7. Note:cashew or almond ko cut krne ke pehle kuch der warm water me soak karein phir easily cut hoga.
