The ingredients needed to prepare Egg curry:
- Provide 6 hard boiled egg's
- Provide 3 onions medium size
- Provide 2 tomatoes medium size
- Take 1 tsp jeera
- Get 1/4 tsp heeng
- Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 2 tsp coriander powder
- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 green chilli
- Prepare 1 beetroot small
- Get 2 tsp royal garam masala
- Take 2 tsp Kauri methi
- Prepare to taste Salt
- You need Mustard oil for frying eggs and cooking
Instructions to make Egg curry:
- Take onion,tomatos,green chilli, beetroot in a pressure cooker and cook till 3 whisle after adding 1/2 cup of water. After cooling grind it and strain
- In a kadhai take some mustard oil and fry eggs till brown.
- In same oil add jeera and heeng. Add the strained puree and cook till oil separated.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder cook for 3 to 4 min add water to make gravy.
- Give it a Boli add salt to taste kasuri methi, royal garam masala add eggs. Keep stirring till gravy thickens
- Garnish with coriander leaf
