- Take a big mixing bowl,whisk sour curd with besan and water.Make a smooth mixture without any lumps.
- Add red chilli powder,haldi powder and salt.
- Heat oil in kadhi,add mustard and fenugreek seed.Add green chilli,ginger and garlic paste stir well and add the sour curd mixture.Don't stop stirring otherwise lumps will form.
- Now lower down the heat stir constantly till it starts boiling.Let it simmer for 10-15minutes on low heat.
- Garnish some chopped coriander leaves.
- For making rice,wash the rice properly and keep aside.Take a pan,add water to it and let it boil.
- When water starts to boil add rice and salt.Cook for 15 minutes and then reduce the heat.Let it cook till the rice is completely soft.
