- Wash and rinse urad dal Grind in a mixer.
- For urad kadhi… we will use half urad paste in kadhi and half urad paste in pakori. Add 2 cups water in half urad paste, mix well to make batter.

- Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop small portion in hot oil and fry till golden brown on medium flame. Pakori is ready.
- Now add this pakori in kadhi, add lemon juice, mix well. Sprinkle with red chilli powder. Urad ki kadhi is ready.
- For rice…Wash and rinse rice. Take a cooker, add rice and water.Rest for 15 mins. Cook for one whistle on high flame.
