- Get 500 gm lady fingers (Bhindi)
- Get 1 tsp ginger paste
- Get 2 green chilli cut long thin pieces
- Get 2 medium tomatoes chopped finely

- You need 1/2 tsp garam masala
- You need 1 tsp lemon juice
- Take 2 tsp aam ke achar ka masala
- Provide 1 pinch hing
- Provide 1 tsp zeera
- Provide 1 tsp fennel (saunf)
- Get 1 /2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
- Take 2 tbsp oil
Steps to make Kurkure Achari Bhindi:
- Wash Bhindi and wipe dry.now cut the bhindi lengthwise from the middle making 2 thin pieces from each.
- Grease the non stick tawa.place the bhindi pieces on it. Sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and mix well.Spread bhindi in a single layer.place the tawa on high rack and grill for 8 min. Mix lightly and grill for 2 min. Transfer to a glass dish.
- In a small bowl put 2 tbsp oil and all ingredients.
- Microwave for 3 min.
- To the bhindi,add Achari spices and all the remaining ingredients.
- Add potato,tomato, green chilli, onion pieces.
- Mix very well. Microwave for 5 min.
