The ingredients needed to make Palak Egg Curry:
- Take 4 Hard boiled eggs
- You need 1 cup Finely chopped spinach
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 2-3 Cloves
- Prepare 2 Sliced tomato
- Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- You need 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Provide 2 tbsp Grated coconut

- Use 4 tbsp Oil
- Get 2 Sliced onion
- Take 1" Ginger
- Use 4-5 cloves Garlic
- Use 2 Green chilli
- Use 5 Almonds
Steps to make Palak Egg Curry:
- Boil the egg and cut into two pieces.
- Add cumin seeds,cloves to crackle.
- Add onion paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
- Add poppy seeds and grated coconut and cook on a slow flame for ten mins. - Add sliced tomato, spinach and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Cook in a slow flame for fifteen mins and turn off the flame.
- Once cooled,add in the blender to make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg till brown and remove it
- In the same pan add spinach paste and stir continuously till oil leaves the pan.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
