- Take 3 potatoes
- Use 250 gms ladies fingers
- Use Dry spices mix: salt, turmeric, red chillipowder, Cummin powder,

Instructions to make Sai bhaji, rice:
- Sai bhaji: Wash and finely chop all the greens and onions. Soak daal.
- Heat a cooker and add 2tsp oil, Half of chopped garlic and chopped onion. Fry for 5 minutes. Add all the green leaves, carrots, daal and tomatoes. Fry for 3 minutes. Add all the spices, ginger and chillies. Add 1 cup water cover and cook till 4 whistles.
- Open the cooker and mash the vegetables with a hand blender or wooden crusher.
- Season it with 2tsp oil and remaining garlic.
- Heat a non stick pan. Add 1 tsp oil, chopped garlic and chopped capsicums. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add salt, ginger and spices.
