- For kadhi:- take a bowl beat curd add besan and mix well. now take a pan heat up oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida, when it's starts crackling add onion and cook till it golden brown add ginger, cloves bay leaves red chilli fenugreek seeds and cook for few seconds then add curd mixture then add all the spices and mix well and add water as required.
