- First wash the daal then add salt and turmeric powder pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles
- Finely chopped onion garlic tomatoes and ginger
- Take a kadhai add oil when heated add cumin seeds,hing and mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add finely chopped onions,garlic,ginger fry them till transulent
- Then add finely chopped tomato cook for a while then add all above mentioned powdered masale with little water cook for a while when it leaves oil add the cooked daal mix it well let it come to a boil slow the gas for 5 mins garnish with fresh coriander. healthy yummyyy daal is ready
