Steps to make Sindhi curry:
- Firstly wash all the vegetables…then cut into wages shape bt potatoes cut into big cube.after that cauliflower,ladies finger,parval and brinjal do shallow fry into oil.
- Now Heat 2 tbsps oil in a deep non stick pan.Add gram flour,little bit cumin seeds mix and sauté till fragrant.then add half spoon red chilli powder and then water and mix till smooth.
- After that add turmeric powder,turmeric pulp add more water and then add potatoes cube and let them cook..
- After that add fried vegetables and salt and cook it for 5 min.
- And lastly take an other small pan for tadka..take 1 spoon oil when it will be hot then add asafoetida, mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute till fragrant then immediately afd red chilli powder and then pour into the curry.
- And now ready to eat sindhi curry with steam rice.😊
