  2. Take 500ml Buttermilk
  3. Get 2 tsp Red chilli

  1. Ina pan heat oil add cumin,mustard,asefotida,curry leaves,fenugreek saute for a second
  2. Mix besan and buttermilk along with salt,red chilli and turmeric
  3. Mix well and pour in pan…continuously stir till a boil
  4. Now boil for appx 20 minute on low flame
  5. It's ready
