The ingredients needed to cook Kadhi:
- Prepare 2 bowls buttermilk
- Use 1/4 bowl besan
- You need As required Salt and chilli chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 tsp oil
- Provide 1 tsp each mustard,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds

- Mix besan and buttermilk,add salt,chilli and turmeric keep aside
- Now heat a pan add oil,place mustard,cumin,fenugreek seeds saute for couple of second
- Now pour buttermilk mixture and stir continuously
- Stir till a boil now turn the flame on medium heat.keep boiling for 10 minutes add green chillies and coriander at last
