- You need Yam (cubed)
- Prepare Minced beef

- Boil the yam until soft (but not mushy) and drain. While the yam is boiling, heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and brown the minced beef. Add all the herbs, spices and seasoning in.
- Once browned, add the pepper mix and continue to cook for a further 5 mins. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool down a bit.
