- Prepare 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- Get 1/3 cup honey
- Provide 2 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- Use 1/2 cup wheat flour
- Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Prepare 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine butter and honey in a medium mixing bowl.
