- Prepare 2 tbsp oil

- Take 2 tomatoes..Finely chopped

- You need 2 apple gourd cut into 4 -6 pieces
- You need 5-6 lady finger (Cut into two halves or cut into center)

- First add all Garlic masala ingredients in a mixer jar..Grind and keep aside.
- Now add all ingredients of wheat flour dough in a big bowl… And mix well…Add half mixture of garlic masala..And knead a semi stiff dough using required water.(add water carefully because lauki leaves it's water too.)
- Take a portion from dough..First make it round..And then give it a shape of muthiya…Make all muthiya similarly.
- Heat a steamer.. Arrange all muthiya..Over a plate and cover it…And cook for 20 -25 min..In steam.
- Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil..When heats..Add cumin seeds.When they cracks..Add remaining half garlic masala.Stir.And fry for half a min.On low to medium flame.Then add chopped tomatoes.Saute.And cook till they gets soft…Add cut veggies..(don't add onion and lady fingers.They will get a soft quickly.)
- Cook the veggies on low flame till they soft.Add lillte water in the mean time.
- Add onion and lady fingers..Along with required water and cook for 1 whistle.
- After opening the lid add fresh chopped coriander.
- Take cooked muthiya and veggies in a serving plate.Pour ghee on muthiya.
- Yummy and tasty Muthiya with Masala veggies ready to serve.Serve hot.Can be served with curd too.
