- Put chopped spinach in boiling water, once the spinach cools down squeeze out the water from it

- Add besan or corn flour for binding the balls, take small portion of mixture and make small balls out of mixture
- Heat oil in deep pan on medium flame and fry balls slowly into it
- Make puree with little water
- Take kadai put oil and 1 tbsp butter add jeera and hing, add puree and all spices
- Add little water and bring it to boil add Kasuri methi and fried palak paneer balls cook for 2 minutes
