The ingredients needed to make Khopra Pak:
  1. Get 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Use 2 tsp ghee
  4. You need 1 tbsp cardamoms powder
Steps to make Khopra Pak:
  1. To make grated coconut.. scrap brown hard skin from coconut pieces and grate white part in mixer grinder. Or with coconut scraper taking care to scrap only white portion of coconut.
  2. In kadhai add ghee,grated coconut sugar, mix well.
  3. Cook on medium flame stirring constantly until sugar melts and mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and mix well. (If mixture is dry add 3-4 tbsp milk.)
  4. Transfer on butterpaper place on square shape tray. Cool little. Cut into required size pieces.
  5. Store in airtight container. Serve/ Relish Delicious Khopra Pak.
