The ingredients needed to make Khopra Pak:
- Get 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
- Use 2 tsp ghee
- You need 1 tbsp cardamoms powder
Steps to make Khopra Pak:
- To make grated coconut.. scrap brown hard skin from coconut pieces and grate white part in mixer grinder. Or with coconut scraper taking care to scrap only white portion of coconut.
- In kadhai add ghee,grated coconut sugar, mix well.
- Cook on medium flame stirring constantly until sugar melts and mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and mix well. (If mixture is dry add 3-4 tbsp milk.)
- Transfer on butterpaper place on square shape tray. Cool little. Cut into required size pieces.
- Store in airtight container. Serve/ Relish Delicious Khopra Pak.
