  3. Meanwhile in a small pan prepare tadka for Kadhi. In a pan take ghee, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreck seeds, cloves, pepper, red chilli, green chilli, Asafoetida. Stir for a minute and add this tadka to boiling Kadhi. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy with steamed rice.
