- Meyhiuthiya: Take a bowl add wheat flour,besan,salt,oil,sugar,red chilli powder,adrakh,chilli,garlic paste,and mix well.
- Add chopped methi leaves and chopped palak leaves and mix well.
- Add water as required and knead the dough.
- Roll out muthias and keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil add ajwain,Hong and saute for minute.add surti papdi,Dana,and2- glass water.
- Water starts boiling,add muthias one by one and cover it.cook on slow flame for 15-20 minutes.
- Muthias and papdidana are properly cooked add salt,green chilli adrakh paste,green garlic and mix well.
- Add some water to adjust the consistency of the gravy at this stage.
- Surti papdi muthiya is ready.garnishing with coriander, and green garlic.and serve hot.
