  1. Take 4 eggs,hard boiled halved,
  2. You need 1 medium sized onion finely chopped,

Steps to make Egg curry:
  1. At first grind all like…this coconut, half of onion, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, garlic, Coriander seeds, fennel seeds, green chilli and Coriander leaves spring along with water into a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a deep nonstick pan. Add remaining chopped onions and saute on high heat for 1 minute. Add salt and saute till onion turns golden brown.
  3. Then add the whole coconut paste mix it and cook on high heat for 4 minutes or till the oil separates. Now add turmeric powder,salt to taste, chilli powder, and add water then cover with a lid for cook it. Next add those boiled halved eggs, cover and cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. Now it's ready for eat serve hot garnished with Coriander sprigs.
