The ingredients needed to cook Egg curry:
- Take 4 eggs,hard boiled halved,
- You need 1 medium sized onion finely chopped,
- Use 2 tbsp scraped fresh coconut,
- You need 1/2 inch cinnamon,
- Take 3 cloves,
- You need 1 green chilli,chopped,
- Take 4 garlic cloves,

Steps to make Egg curry:
- At first grind all like…this coconut, half of onion, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, garlic, Coriander seeds, fennel seeds, green chilli and Coriander leaves spring along with water into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a deep nonstick pan. Add remaining chopped onions and saute on high heat for 1 minute. Add salt and saute till onion turns golden brown.
- Then add the whole coconut paste mix it and cook on high heat for 4 minutes or till the oil separates. Now add turmeric powder,salt to taste, chilli powder, and add water then cover with a lid for cook it. Next add those boiled halved eggs, cover and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now it's ready for eat serve hot garnished with Coriander sprigs.
