- You need 100 gram finely chopped spinach leaves
- Take 2 small size onion finely chopped
- You need 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies

Instructions to make Palak kadhi:
- In a mixing bowl add palak, onion, gram flour reserve 21/2 tbsp gram flour, ginger, green chilies, salt to taste,1tsp turmeric powder mix it properly combined together
- Now drop in hot oil and deep fry until it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour on medium flame now remove on a plate and keep it a side

- Again heat the wok with 1tsp oil add asafotida, cumin, fenugreek, red chilli tempard it on medium flame
- Now add prepared batter mix it properly cook for 10 min on lower to medium flame add fried balls some salt and curd mix it well stir it continuously on lower flame when kadhi starts becoming thick now turn off the flame
