- Take butter milk in ke kadhai.
- Mix besan well. Also mix green chilli paste, salt, haldi,and red chilli powder.
- Put it on gas stirr continuesly
- When it began to boil put curry leaves in it.slow the flame and cook it for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally
- Then take ghee in a tadka pan. Put it on gas when it became hot put raai methi and zeera in it also add red chilli off the gas.
- Pour this tadka in kaddi in previous kadhai and cover the kadhai with a lid immidiatly.
- Serve hot with rice.
