- In a bowl take curd add besan and whisk well till it is lump free.
- In a kadhai heat oil, add mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves, hing, dry red chilli, green chilli and let it crackle.
- Add chopped onions, ginger/garlic/green chilli paste and sauté till it turns golden brown.
- Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook for a minute.
- Add the whisked curd and stir continuously.
- Add water and let it cook while stirring till it comes to a boil. Simmer and let it cook for another 10-12 minutes.
- Shut the flame and add the dhoklas and sprinkle crushed kasuri methi. Don’t mix once you add dhoklas as it gets soaked and gets soft once put in.
- Serve hot with rice.
