- Take 1 Cup Omena
- Get 1 full table spoon peanut butter
- Get 2 bunches Mrenda
- Use 2 bunches Mtoo
- Use 1 Onion
- You need 2 Garlic Cloves
- Prepare 1 piece ginger
- Use 2 small palm full of salt
- Use 1 small palm full of sage
Instructions to make Mix Mrenda&Mtoo with Peanut Butter Omena:
- Pre-Cook the Mrenda&Mtoo by removing them off the stalk, wash them thoroughly and putting them to boil for about 30 minutes until soft.
- Cut 1 onion into fine pieces and fry with some coconut oil until light brown, add the Mrenda&Mtoo, stir in well and add a little salt. Allow to fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
