- Get 1 & 1/2 tablespoons besan
- Take 1 & 1/2 cup curd
- Take 1 ltr water
- Get 1 tbsp ghee

- Take a bowl put curd,put termaric powder,red chilli powder,jeera_ dhania powder,besan salt and give it a good mix that lump can't be formed,and keep aside.
- Now add one litre water to the besan mix,and give another mix and keep aside..Now put kadhai to the heated oven,put besan - curd_ water mix to the kadhai boil and saute,and continue to saute till the gravy start to veparised.Now low the flame of the oven and continue to boil till the gravy is ready.
- Put all near the pan for giving tempering to the Kadhi,
- Put another tarka pan to the oven put ghee and oil after boiled add hing,jeera,kashmiri red chilli powder,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,and two red chillies saute for few minutes then turn off the flame and put curry leaves and mix.and put tarka to the Kadhi and mix.
