  1. Use 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  2. Use 1 cup curd
  3. Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  2. Cook it for 20 to 25 mins and keep stirring in between. Take a pan add ghee heat it and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them crackle, add curry leaves and fenugreek seeds. Add green/red whole chillis and fry them.
