- Use 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- Use 1 cup curd
- Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Take a saucepan and mix gram flour, curd, turmeric powder and salt and make a smooth batter, put on low flame and cook. Once the mixture start to boil add water until flowing consistency.
- Cook it for 20 to 25 mins and keep stirring in between. Take a pan add ghee heat it and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them crackle, add curry leaves and fenugreek seeds. Add green/red whole chillis and fry them.
