- Take 1 cup chopped spinach
- Prepare 1 CUP curd
- You need 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 chopped green chilli
- Prepare 1 chopped onion

- Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 3 TBS besan
- Take 1/4 tsp hing
- Provide 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 spring curry patta
- Take 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- You need 1 tsp kasoori Methi
- Get 3 TBS oil
- Use 1 Dry RED CHILLI
Instructions to make Palak ki kadhi:
- Heat pan add 2 TBS OIL,When OIL heated add HING, CUMIN SEEDS, CURRY PATTA.
- Now add CHOPPED ONION and ginger garlic PASTE.
- Saute it for 3 to 4 Minute on slow flame.
- Add CHOPPED SPINACH and GREEN CHILLI. Mix it well.
- Add 1 CUP WATER and close the lid and cook it for about 7 to 8 min.
- In a large bowl add curd, besan.mix it well.add WATER and make thin PASTE.
- Add salt, RED CHILLI POWDER and TURMERIC POWDER. Mix it well.
- After 8 minute transfer besan mixture into PALAK mixture.
- Stir continuesly.
- When mixture start boiling reduce the flame and add WATER.
- Mix it well.
- Close the lid and cook it for about 10 to 15 min. On low flame.
- FOR TADKA heat 1 TBS OIL add HING, CUMIN, dry RED CHILLI and CURRY PATTA.
- Switch off the flame and add1/2 TS RED CHILLI POWDER along with 1 TBS WATER.tadka is ready.
- After 15 minutes stir kadhi.now add amchur POWDER and kasoori Methi.
- Mix it well.
- Pour TADKA over it and close the lid.
- Cook another 1 minute.
- Kadhi is ready to serve.
