- Use 200 gm lady finger
- You need 2 tbsp Oil

- You need 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

- Heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds cumin seeds asofoetida. Now add onion slides saute till transparant wash wipe and chopped ladies finger saute properly. And add salt ginger chilli garlic paste cumin corriender powder turmeric powder mix well cook on slow flame.
- Now take a curd in a bowl. Mix besan salt and 1/2glass water. And add in a ladies finger. Stir well cook for 5-7min. And serve with roti rice. Tasty innovative bhindi kadhi is ready.
