- Provide 1 bowl besan/ gram flour
- Prepare 4 tsp oil
- Prepare 3 tomatoes fine paste
- Prepare 1 cup chopped vegetables
- Get 2 spoons Imli( Tamarind water)
- Use 5-6 curry leaves
- Take 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Use 1/2 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds
- You need 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions to make Special Sindhi Kadhi:
- To cooker add oil and to hot oil add Besan. Cook at low flame with stirring.
- Then add water and allow the cooker to 1 whistle. Then cook all the Vegetables also.
- Take another pan and add oil to it. Now add jeera and methi daana to it. Add paste of tomatoes and stir it to cook.
- Add all the dry masalas and curry leaves. Cook till oil comes out. Take out the besan paste from the cooker and add it to the above pan.
- To this pan add water and all the cooked vegetables and boil it. Finally add imli water to it and boil a little.
- Decorate it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
