- Take 500 gm liver
- You need 1 large onion sliced
- You need 2 tomato sliced
- Prepare 2 green chilies chopped

- Now add tomato and green chilli mix well put salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, mutton masala and mix well, if req then add little water.
- Add liver in masala and mix it well, cover the pressure cooker lid and cook it on 7 to 8 whistles on low high flame.
