The ingredients needed to make Sambar:
  1. Provide 1 cup arhar daal (tuvar daal)
  2. Take 3 onions
  3. You need 3 tomatoes
  4. Use 3 potatoes
  5. Get 5 ladies finger (light fried)
  6. Use 1 carrot
  7. Prepare As needed curry leaves
Steps to make Sambar:
  1. Wash vegetables and cut it, and take a cooker, add cleaned vegetables and tuvar daal. Add salt.. 2 table spoon.. As you like…and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Close the cooker and wait for 2 whistle. After whistle, add tamarind water and boil it and small asaftada powder (Heeng). Take a frying pan and put oil on it and add cumin seed, curry leaves, red chilli,..after the sound of cumin seeds put 3 teaspoon chilli powder and 3 teaspoon coriander powder, switch off the gas and put it into the vessel,add
  2. Fenugreek powder.. Cook well and serve it.
