- Soak bajra for 2 hours and drain. Then coarse grind slowly but switching on and off mixer button for 3-4 times
- In a pressure cooker take water, add bajra coarse powder and dal and mix that no lumps are formed.add salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Serve with ghee and jaggery
- Take butterilk add gramflour, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and bring to boil
- In a tadka pan take ghee add cumin, hing, meethi dana, green chillies and curry leaves
- Pour tadka over boiled kadhi and mix wel..heat for a while and turn off flame
- Ready to serve
