Instructions to make Kurkuri bhindi:
- Cut off the head and tip of the bhindi.
- Cut into four halves length wise deseed the bhindi.
- Thinly slice into Julienne add red chilli powder,garam masala,jeera powder, coriander powder,black salt,salt,besan-4tbsp rice flour mix and coat well add 1 tsp water mix and coat well.
- Fry on high heat until crisp and golden brown.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onions until golden brown add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes, salt cook until tomatoes are mushy.
- Now add all masala and mix well add 2tbsp curd stir continuously cook for 3-4minutes.
- Pour the gravy in a serving dish and serve with kurkuri bhindi.
