Steps to make Kadhi pakora:
  1. For pakoras. Mix alll the ingredients of pakora to Besan and mix it well. Use water as required to make a flowy paste.
  2. To get soft pakora mix the paste at least for one minute continuously.
  3. Fry pakora on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
  4. For kadhi. Take a bowl first mix curd and Besan vey well. There should be no lumps in the batter. Add all the dry masala to it and then add required water(day 2 glasses). And mix it well with mathani for at least 2-3 minutes.
  5. Heat cooker. To it add oil. Once oil gets heated up. Add hing to it. Then add curry leaves, fry it for couple of seconds then add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds star cracking add Methi Dana, cumin seeds, carrom seeds to it. Fry them. Then add chopped green chilies. Fry green chilies for 1 minutes, then add chopped onions to it. Fry onions for couple of minutes.
  6. Now add our curd and Besan mixture to it. And keep stirring it till it start boiling.
  7. Once it start boiling. Cover the cooker half a way and cook it for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add pakoras to it.
  8. In a frying pan add oil. Once oil heated up add mustard seeds and 2-3 whole red chilies. Fry it for couple of mini on low to medium flame and add it to the kadhi.
