- Provide 1/2 kg lady fingers
- Provide 1/2 kg beef
- Provide 2 tomato
- Get 4 onion
- You need 1 tbsp lehson paste
- You need 1 tbsp adrak paste
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp haldi powder
- Get 1 tbspn dhaniya powder

- First clean the meat and cut into small pieces
- Wash the ladyfinger then cut it from top.discard top head of ladyfinger. then light fry it.set a side.
- Grind tomato and onion. In a pot take 4tbsp oil and add tomato onion paste.add red chilli, haldi, dhaniya and salt.
- Cook until oil appearse on top.
- Add beef and some water. cover the pot lid and cook in medium flame till beef become soft and tender.
- Add fried lady finger and water for dessired gravy.. cook itfor 5-7 min. in last sprinkle garammasla on top.
- Now dish out.garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.Now it's ready to eat.
