- For filling, take a pan and put one tablespoon oil or ghee. Add a pinch of asafoetida and 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- When cumin seeds starts to flutter, add finely chopped garlic and onion and fry till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, carrots, capsicum and pointed gourd. Yoou can choose vegetables according to own choice too.
- Add little salt and maggie magic masala. Fry till it starts leaving oil from sides but not too much. Add soya granules to it and 3 to 4 cups of water.

- For roll: Prepare a paratha or a chapati of considerable size and spread little green chutney and little mayonnaise. They can be used individually also according to the preference. Spread the filling and garnish with onion rings and coriander. Fold it nicely into a roll and pin a toothpick if necessary.
