  1. Get 250 gms ladies fingers
  2. You need 1 medium sized onion
  3. Take 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  4. Take 1 tbsp oil
  5. You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
  7. You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  10. Use 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Provide 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  12. Get 1 small tomato (optional)
  13. You need Salt
  14. Take 1 pinch Asafoetida
Instructions to make Bhindi Fry:
  1. Wash and Clean lady fingers.
  2. Cut in four parts in medium size. Chop onion and tomato.
  3. Heat oil in kadhai, add mustard and cumin seeds and let it crackle properly. Then add asafoetida, green chillies and saute it. Add chopped onion and tomato in it. Saute it. Add turmeric powder and salt in it.
  4. Add lady finger. High the flame and stir constantly. Add rest of the spices.
  5. Mix it well. After 2-3 minutes take it off the flame. Delicious bhindi fry is ready. Serve with chapati or fulka.
