- Get 250 gm bhindi/ lady fingers
- Take 4-5 big tomatoes(finely chopped without skin)
- Prepare 6 Green chillies
- Get Salt
- Provide 1 & 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 turmeric powder
- Use 1-2 lemons
- Use Pinch kalonji
- Take Pinch Ajwain
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Steps to make Bhindi ki bhujiya:
- Wash bhindi and cut them into half inch pieces.
- Take 1/2 cup oil in a pan, add bhindi. Bhonofy it until bhindi become little crispy. Take out into a bowl.
- In a same pan add 1/2 cup oil, add tomatoes,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, kalonji, cumin seeds and little water. Bhonofy it until oil comes out.
- When oil comes out, add bhindi into it. Bhonofy it for 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and green chillies into it. Again bhonofy it for a minute.
- Serve it hot with chapatis
