- Now take a jug add besan or curd or water blend properly with blender
- Now heat kadhai now add this mixture with ajwain boiled for 20 min. On low flame
- Now heat oil in other kadahi add kadhi patta, cumin seeds, methi dana
- Now add chopped onion or garlic paste and chopped green chilli
- Now add all masala red chilli powder, corinder powder, garam masala, Salt
- Now after 20 min. Add boiled mixture now add amchur
- Cook for 10 min on low flame
- Taste besan ki kadhi is ready
