- Use 500 grams Ladies finger /Okra/Bhindi
- Use 4 tbsp Refined oil
- Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Use 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- Provide 1 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
- Provide 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- Prepare To taste Chopped green chillies
- Prepare 1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 Sliced onion medium sized
- Prepare 1 Chopped tomato medium sized
Steps to make Bhindi Fry:
- Heat pan & add refined oil(2 tbsp).
- Add ladies finger, turmeric powder & salt to the pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes.Then take aside.
- Again add refined oil (2 tbsp) to the same pan.
- Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste. Saute it for 3 minutes.
- After that add sliced onion & saute it for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt(1/2 tsp), coriander powder, turmeric powder(1/2 tsp), red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala & fried okra. Mix it well.
- Stir well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add dry mango powder & coriander leaves. Toss the bhindi.
- Now ready to serve.
