- You need 1/2 Kg lady finger
- Prepare 1 pao tomatoes
- Prepare 3 medium size potatoes
- Use 2 capsicum
- Get 3 onions
- Use 1/2 cup oil
- Provide 4 green chillies
- Provide 1 tsp crushed red chilli
- You need 1 tsp crushed corriender seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric
- You need 3-4 dry red chillies

- Cut bhindi in two halves, slice up potatoes, capsicum and onion length wise.
- Fry all vegetables in 1/4th cup oil separately, firstly lady finger then potatoes then capsicum. Take it out all in a separate bowl.
- In 1/4th cup oil add cummin seed & dry red chilli, add ginger garlic paste and then tomatoes, followed by all other spices & salt, then bonify. When tomatoes get soften and masala gets bonified, add onions and cook it further for 5mins.
