- FOR EGGS ::100gm cottage cheese, (PANEER)grate and mashed with consistency.
- Add 1 spoon cornflour & a pinch of salt.
- Make 12 marble size (as per ur choice, to keep it small)EGG shaped pieces, fold in 2 spoon dried cornflour.
- Fridge the KEBABS & EGGS for 30 minutes to set.
- Dip fry the KEBABS till the colour is golden in pre heated oil or ghee on high flame.
- Dip fry the EGGS till colour white
