The ingredients needed to prepare Masala Bindhi:
- You need 250 gms Lady Finger(bhindi)
- Prepare 2-3 Round cuted potatoes
- Prepare 1 garlic
- Use 1 ginger
- You need Handful coriander leaves

- Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder

- Take 2-4 tsp oil for masala
Instructions to make Masala Bindhi:
- 1st fry bhindi and potatoes. For masala:- In same kadai heat 2-3spn oil add garlic paste saute 1-2mins till colour changes then add tomatoes.
- Then add all dry ingredients stir well then put the cover and keep on slow flame till oil comes. Then take out some masala. Then in Kadai add fried potatoes stir well then keep it on a slow flame for 2 mins.
- Then fill that masala in bhindi and pav/bread slice. Then add bhindi in potatoes stir well then keep pav cover it and keep on a slow flame for 5-7 mins.
