- Get 1 pinch asafoetida
- Prepare 2 onions

- Provide 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Take 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Use 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- You need 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds

- You need 4-6 pods garlic

Instructions to make Pakoda kadhi:
- For making kadhi batter: Mix curd with gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients for making batter except water. Mix well. Now mix all 1-litre water and beat with the help of whisker. Batter is ready. Keep aside.
- For making pakode : Mix gram flour and all the dry masala and make a thick batter. Add grated garlic, chopped onions and coriander leaves and mix well. Batter for pakode is ready.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put a spoon full of mixture and deep fry till golden brown. Now flip the side and fry from other side also. Pakode is ready. Remove in a plate.
- For Making Tadka: Grate ginger and tomato. Chop onion.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add coriander and fenugreek seeds and sauté for 30 seconds. Add grated ginger, garlic, and onion and cook till onion gets translucent. Now add grated tomato and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Now add all dry salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Put curd and gram flour batter solution in this. And cook on low flame till the mixture becomes thick.
- Add pakode and cook for 5 minutes on low flame till pakode gets soften.
- 2nd Tadka: Now in a small pan add 1 tb sp oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put whole red chilli and sauté for 1 minute. Add this tadka on kadhi and mix.
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
