  1. Take one bowl add sour curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, ground coconut, turmeric powder and salt churn with hand blender pour glass water or more for required consistency.
  2. Keep one kadhai on flame add oil mustard seeds chopped garlic,fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let all fried for a few minutes add asafoetida mix and immediately pour curd mixture into the tadka.
