- Take one bowl add sour curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, ground coconut, turmeric powder and salt churn with hand blender pour glass water or more for required consistency.
- Keep one kadhai on flame add oil mustard seeds chopped garlic,fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let all fried for a few minutes add asafoetida mix and immediately pour curd mixture into the tadka.
