  1. Provide 1/4 cup raw honey
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup natural organic peanut butter (I use one with only peanuts as ingredient)
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  5. Use 1/2 cup crushed mixed nuts of choice
  6. Use 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  7. Get 4 Tbs chia seeds
  8. Provide 2 Tbs cinnamon
  9. Prepare 2 Tbs real vanilla
  10. Use 2 Tbs oil of choice
  11. Get 2 cups old fashioned oats
  12. Prepare 2 cups dried fruit of choice
  13. Take Cocao nibs optional
Instructions to make Granola:
  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix honey, pb, oil, cinnamon and vanilla very thoroughly
  3. Add nuts, seeds, coconut and oats
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. On parchment lined baking sheet, press out granola
  6. If you crowd the pan you will end up with granola clusters, if you would rather have a crumbly granola spread it onto two pans
  7. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
  8. Do NOT stir as it bakes
  9. Add dried fruit and cocao nibs
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces
  11. Store in an air tight container in the fridge
