- Use 1 kg palak/ spinach
- Prepare 500 gm mung daal/lentil yellowlentil lentil

- Get 6 cloves garlic(cut into slices)
- Provide 2 cup Desi ghee

- Take 4 glass Water or as required
- You need 2 tbsp lemon juice
Steps to make Daal Saag:
- Cut spinach and wash it three or four times. Then blanch spinach and strain out water.
- Now put spinach, lentil and water in a pot. Add salt, crushed red chillies, turmeric and garlic paste.
- When spinach & lentil is fully cooked(mixed it well with each other).
- Add green chillies, ginger and lemon. Cook it again for 5-10 minutes in a low flame.
- Now take Desi ghee in a fry pan with round red chillies and garlic slices. When garlic slices turn into golden brown, pour it into lentil.
- Simmer it for a minute.
- Serve it hot with Parathas
