- In a deep bowl take besan and curd and mix well.Now add water slowly and whisk it well. Add all spices to it and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add hing, cumin, methi dana and mustard seeds to it and let it crackle.Add chopped ginger and kadhi batter to it. Stir continuously till it boils.Now slow down the flame and cook it about 40 min.
- In a bowl take besan, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, baking powder and all spices.Mix it well and make a batter for pakodas.heat oil in a pan and fry pakodas of this batter.
- Now add these pakodas to kadhi and cook at slow flame.stir occasionally and gently.Cook it until the kadhi becomes thick. Now make a tadka. Heat oil in a pan add kashmiri red chilli powder and dried red chilli to it and pour it top of the kadhi. Serve it with steamed rice.Delicious kadhi rice is ready for lunch.
