- You need 1 ltr buttermilk
- Get 4 tbsp gram flour

- Heat oil in a wok add hing, methi dana and green chilli when splutters and chopped onion slices and saute it.
- When onion change in colour add spices and roast it.
- Now add buttermilk batter and water,cook on low flame for 25 minute.
- Transfer into a serving bowl sprinkle jeera powder and serve it.
