- Take all ingredients of gatta in a bowl
- Wash and make puree of paalak
- And mix in besan
- Add all spices and make a dough
- Divide dough in equal parts and make roll lengthwise
- Heat water in kadhai
- When it boil add varta and boil them
- Remove from water but keep water safe as we use it in gravy
- Cut gatta with a knife
- Heat oil in same kadhai add whole masala
- And curry leaves
- Take curd and add all spices except garam masala mix them finely
- When jeera rai splutter add onion,ginger and chilli
